Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult. Job vs Business this debate has continued for generations and generations and no one has ever came to a correct answer to this. Because the answer to this question varies from one person to another because this question may seem simple,but contains many tiers to it. It isn't as easy as asking someone is they like pizza or fries more.

1) People always say that having a business of your own is riskier than having a job, because even if you lose your job you can find another over night but if your business fails it would take years to built it again or built a new one.

2) It takes years for one to built a successful business and to built the suitable team for it. However, to become a top executive in a job will also take you years. But business takes way more much than just hard work and dedication.

3) If we count the number of responsibilities each person has then a business owner would pass this test with flying colours. An employee is only responsible for the job that is assigned to him/her. But a business owner has to take care of every single aspect of the business.

4) It is said that a business owner lives a very hectic and chaotic life whereas an employee has a much better life in terms of stress.
