My favourite food in the world

A plate of hot pancakes drizzled with Buckwheat Honey might be the most loved food item of the planet.

I love tasting different dishes and I am always in search of new variations and recipes and I enjoy vegetarian as well as non vegetarian options. Most of my friends would call me foodie, but at the same time I am very particular about taste. The cuisines I like the most are Italian, I like pasta , pizza, lasagna and garlic bread.

I sometimes too enjoy Chinese food like mushroom and egg fried rice, spring rolls and garlic noodles. But if I talk about the food that i crave the most it has to be dumplings, I don't know if they are considered as a european cuisine because they originated there or a chinese cuisine because they have the most variations and are mostly eaten in china. I personally like vegetarian dumplings with chili sauce and mayonaise, i do not enjoy spice that much but with dumplings, the spicier the better. I will have to say that dumplings are the most loved street food after noodles maybe, freshly cut and seasoned vegetable wrapped inside a blanket of flour and nicely steamed in a way that when you bite it the steam escapes from the flour pocket. Dumplings became a comfort food for me feeling cold? eat dumplings, feeling sad? eat dumplings. I would love to visit the north east of India someday and enjoy thousands of variations of dumplings they have.
