Some people may start exercising because they want to reach their goal body type, the process is very slow but many people stick to exercising because of the way it makes them feel, it often is a part of self-care. The feeling after completing your workout sets is unmatched.
The other day i was scrolling through my social media and came across a post that said "being fit feels like a super power after you have been out of shape". It spoke volumes and fitness cannot be defined in an oxford defination for everyone because it has different parameters to it but fitness comes in two forms physical and psychological, to have a balanced life we need a balance mind with balance thought process. People dealing with depression are always told to try meditating so that they can have a few peaceful moments, it really takes a lot of courage to even get out of bed some days but if are willing you can start a new life anyday. Exercising and meditation makes it a lot easier to start believing in yourself again and conquer small goals one by one.
